ION Alberta Section

The election of the executive for 2015/2016 will be held at noon on Tuesday, February 17^th in Room ENE 328 at the University of Calgary. If you are interested in running for any of these positions, please contact the chapter treasurer, John Schleppe, at john.schleppe@novatel.ca.   The following members have offered to continue in the executive positions, but nominations from the floor will also be accepted:

*Chair, Mark Petovello has offered to continue
*Vice Chair, Kyle O’Keefe has offered to continue
*Treasurer, John Schleppe has offered to continue
*Secretary, Neil Gerein has offered to continue
All current ION members are entitled to run for office and to vote.

ION Alberta Section officers Mark Petovello, Kyle O’Keefe, Neil Gerein and John Scheleppe were acclaimed for another one year term at the Monday November 25 meeting of the section.

John Scheleppe has now served on the executive for 15 years. John was presented a certificate from the national office and an ION tie in recognition of his long service. Thank you John!

The following three courses will be offered at UofC in the Summer and Fall terms. Two of them (ENGO 638 and ENGO 625) will be evening courses and may be of interest members of the Alberta Section.
