Septentrio is a Belgian company specializing in high precision GNSS with a flair for Reference Station products and associated technologies. Septentrio has garnered a compelling reputation within the scientific community as well as in Machine Control and In the rising markets of Drone Based Surveying.

Neil Vancans was previously a management board member of Leica Geosystems, responsible for Leica GPS ’96 – 2001 , Thales Navigation ( Ashtech / Magellan) 2002 – 2004 founder and CEO of Altus Positioning Systems, until the merger with Septentrio in 2015. Neil has advised on various mergers and acquisitions within the GeoSpatial industry as well other business and organizational development issues.
